To every action, there is always opposed an equal reaction. - Isaac Newton
The above quote serves as one of my go-to heuristics for better understanding the world. I find it especially helpful in identifying, understanding, and predicting social trends. Today we are witnessing the clash of the Sprinkle Sprinkle movement with the newly formed men’s reaction called Drizzle Drizzle.
The Soft Girl Era aka Sprinkle Sprinkle
Sometime in early 2023, a woman came up with the notion that men should not only pay for everything, including dating, and her living expenses but should also “sprinkle” her endlessly with gifts and treats.
Sprinkle Sprinkle!
This is also known as the Soft Girl Life because a Sugar Daddy allows her to not work.
In one word, she is to be treated as a queen. If a man can’t afford to play, he is shown the door.
I believe it accurate to say that America has reached Peak Female Entitlement thanks to Sprinkle Sprinkle. YouTube and TikTok have been tsunamied with manifestos by women reading their Soft Girl demands.
What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
The Soft Guy Era aka Drizzle Drizzle
Then suddenly in April of this year, men launched their own version of the movement calling it the Soft Guy Era aka Drizzle Drizzle demanding that a Sugar Mama pamper them in the same manner. The goal is simple, a good Sugar Mama allows a man to quit working by paying all of his living expenses and showering him steadily with gifts and treats.
Drizzle Drizzle!
Here are some examples of the courageous men pioneering the Soft Guy Era a period that promises true equality.
Amala explains both the Soft Girl and Soft Guy Era movements.
I have to confess that the Soft Guy Era appeals to me and I am signing up.

Schrödinger's feminism: a woman is simultaneously a victim and empowered, until something happens. Then she chooses which state benefits her the most.
