Why Does the Political Class Get Its Panties in a Twist Over the Mere Mention of Populism?

So, what is populism?

Here’s the answer:

Populism is the people’s natural response to rampant corruption and incompetence by the political classes.

There’s a robust defense of populism given by musician Winston Marshall in the video below.

Winston first came on my radar last year when he reluctantly resigned from a band called Mumpford & Sons to save it from being “canceled” by the Flying Squads of Far Left Attack Monkeys.

What was the sin that forced him to take one for the team, I hear you ask?

Better sit down for this one.

He tweeted praise for a book by intrepid US journalist Andy Ngo, titled Unmasked: Inside Antifa’s Radical Plan To Destroy Democracy. If you don’t know Andy, he’s a hero who has been investigating the fascist goons calling themselves “antifa” (i.e. antifascist). In the process, Andy has been attacked and beaten up by these cowards who always hide their pimply faces and wear their little sister’s skinny jeans while knocking over grandmothers in wheelchairs.

Note the jaw-dropping irony in the name “antifa” given to itself by a mob of cowardly, feral, useful idiots and assorted cretins whose only response to everything is violence.

I include this because it reveals why populism is back.

I’ve been voting since the mid-1970s and have never seen an American political party stoop so low as the current Democrats with whom I have sided most of the time over the past five decades.

I can’t imagine the NAMBLA staff taking any more extreme and desperate measures to protect themselves upon being tipped off about a pending FBl raid. The moral floor is gone. Now anything goes. We should all be grateful that they are using second and third-rate DEI hires to carry out their witch hunts and smear campaigns.

This will be the most important election in our country’s history. It’s the people against the corrupt and inept political classes.
